the kettle’s on, the phone is face-up, and nobody is screening your call.
Four ways to reach the desk at Hallowell & Voss, all of them answered by a person who reads German, Portuguese or Spanish before lunch. Pick whichever suits your nerves.

Stamps, wet signatures and coffee rings don’t survive a scanner. If your original is on paper, carry it in and we’ll read it at the desk.
- Paper
- The original, not the photo of the original. Seals and signatures are part of the text.
- A name
- Whose contract it is and who has to sign off on the translation.
- A date
- When it’s due, and what happens at your end if it isn’t.
- A ring
- Call (908) 309-2031 beforehand so a translator is at the desk, not out at lunch.
